In recent years, accidents such as smoking and ignition caused by mobile batteries have been reported in Japan and abroad.

In order to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask for your cooperation in the following matters when using mobile batteries in the guest rooms.

・ Do not leave charging unattended inside room.
・ Please charge the device in a location where you can always monitor its status.
・ When charging portable electronic devices from a mobile battery or charging the mobile battery using in-room power outlets, please avoid using them in the following locations.
　 ▷ Near windows or areas which are exposed to direct sunlight
　 ▷ On or near any flammable materials such as bed sheets, curtains etc.
・ Do not use mobile batteries that show signs of damage, swelling, or abnormal heat generation.

Please note that during your stay when housekeeping is being done, if any of the above situations are observed, our housekeeping staff may relocate the mobile battery or stop the device charging for safety purposes.
