At Hotel Espasion Pontocho, as part of our effort to support environmental sustainability, we encourage “Eco-Cleaning” or “No Cleaning Required” practices for consecutive stays.

Please select from the four instruction cards 【①Towel Exchange & Trash Disposal Only、②Please Make Up Room、③Cleaning Not Required、④Do Not Disturb】located behind the hotel room door, and place your preferred cleaning instruction card outside the door by 12 pm on the day itself.

If no instruction card is displayed, cleaning will not be done. Room cleaning services will be carried out anytime between 10am to 6pm.

For hygiene purposes, regular room cleaning service will be carried out once every three days.
