If you have made reservation through our official website, you can download electronic receipt from “RESERVATION CHECK” page. For bookings made on other reservation sites (e.g. Rakuten Travel, Booking.com, etc.), we are unable to issue receipt at our side. Please contact respective sites directly for receipt issuance.

Yes, guests can enter/leave hotel premises at any time. However, a PIN code is required at our hotel entrance.

The room key is a PIN code (keyless lock). After completing check-in, your room PIN code will be informed to you on the tablet device. Please save it by writing it down or taking a photo.
In a bid to support environmental conservation, we recommend eco-cleaning or no roomcleaning
at our hotel.
Please place your preferred cleaning instruction card outside the door by 12:00 pm.
If no card is displayed, no cleaning will be done. However, for hygiene purposes, full room cleaning
will be carried out every three days.
For children aged below 6 years, there will be no extra charges for bed-sharing with an adult.
※No towels or pillows will be provided for children who are bed-sharing.
※For bed-sharing of children aged 6 years old and above; or usage of a separate bed by a
child, separate headcount will be taken in and accommodation fee will be charged at same
rate as an adult.
Guests under the age of 18 must provide a parental consent form.

Depending on the item, handling rules differ:
・Valuables: We will contact you as soon as they are found. If we cannot reach you, we will keep
them for 7 days and then report them to the police.
・Food/drinks: Discarded on the same day for hygiene reasons.
・Other items: Kept for 14 days, and then discarded on the 15th day without prior contact.
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel, except for assistance dogs.
Depending on room types, we offer rooms for 1 to 3 guests.

goods, or any items requiring specific temperature or humidity control. Storage may also be
declined at our discretion.
